Do employees really leave Managers, and not Companies?
What experiences in your past or current work environment, lead you to believe, or do not believe that employees leave Managers, and not Companies?
If you believe in this idea, what should Leaders do in today’s healthcare environment, to change that? If you do not believe in this idea, what then is the reason for many employee turnovers today, in healthcare?
