What are some push-pull factors that result in employee turnovers in healthcare?

As Leaders, what are the push-pull factors that you believe pushes employees to leave healthcare organizations today, notwithstanding other opportunities?

Do you believe that employees leave Managers, and not Companies? What should Leaders (Managers, etc.) and/or healthcare organizations do to change this perception?

There are so many that force people to leave a company as well as so many factors that pull people towards a company. But at the end it’s all about someone’s goals/objectives and personality. There are people in today’s society who can strive in any environment/company even though there are things that they dislike. At the same time there are others who would just up and leave just because they do not like the culture. For me, financial, location, room for growth would be the three things that would pull/attract me to any company. These three things along with other such culture, great benefits etc.. could also be some of the deciding factors that could pull/push anybody toward and from any organization.
